We want to take this opportunity to welcome Kat Johnson to the Forsythe Agency. Kat will have many responsibilities, but will be managing day to day operations on the property side and property acquisitions.

What do we do?

Property-We are focusing on buying property between Nevada, Mo and Joplin, Mo. We look for win/win acquisitions, with value add opportunities. We are looking for 2 and 3 bedrooms homes as well as multi-family units. Many of our sellers have unique situations and we are able to assist them in navigating to their next life chapter. Insurance- we work well with first time home owners, homeowners, and property investors. As well as Small and Medium businesses. Our agency has been serving the areas since 1947. Our current licenses are in KS, MO, OK, AR, and TX.
