I try to make my stays away close to my routine as possible. It's difficult, but can be done. Here are aome tips.
utilize the new area/ city to be your playground for working out.
If sharing the room, make sure you setup your laptop, planner, room card, and etc the night before, as this will allow you to exit the room and go to the commons area to start your day quietly.
Try to bring your routine snacks and look for local healthy restaurants.
Maintain standard bedtimes and wake up times.
