We have busy weeks. Depending on your home life there is a chance you’re a parent, employee/employer, spouse, along with many other things. We commit to many things and schedule ourselves tight.
So how do you take a break and have a little downtime? I personally plan it on Saturday from 5pm on. This is in my planner. It’s a great way to treat ourselves and unwind. Do what you like!
