3 Additional Perks of Renter’s Insurance

We all know that Renter’s Insurance generally covers the belongings of the policy owner. What you may not have known is-

  • It also has loss of use ( if something happens to the property that makes it inhabitable. You may be covered for loss of use)

  • Personal liability ( helping protect your assets if if the unforeseen would happen.)

  • Damage to the premise (if the premise becomes damaged that you’re responsible for, you may be covered.)

Renters insurance might be more affordable than you think. If your belongings are damaged in a covered incident, the landlord’s insurance most likely won’t cover the cost to replace them. I’m here to help if you have questions.
