  • It also has loss of use ( if something happens to the property that makes it inhabitable. You may be covered for loss of use)

  • Personal liability ( helping protect your assets if if the unforeseen would happen.)

  • Damage to the premise (if the premise becomes damaged that you’re responsible for, you may be covered.)
